Roman Leadership Academy was founded by a team of experienced educators, business leaders, and coaches who saw a gap in the market: professionals who were talented and driven but lacked the formal credentials and structured training to advance to the next level.
We built our curriculum from the ground up — drawing on decades of real-world experience across business, technology, coaching, ministry, and leadership. Every program is designed to be immediately applicable, deeply practical, and professionally recognized.

Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Roman brings 20+ years of experience in leadership development, organizational consulting, and executive coaching. He founded Roman Leadership Academy to make world-class professional education accessible to every motivated professional.
Dr. Angela Carter
Chief Academic Officer
Dr. Carter oversees curriculum design and academic standards across all 21 certification programs. With a doctorate in organizational leadership and 15 years in higher education, she ensures every program meets the highest academic and professional standards.
James Whitfield
Chief Operations Officer
James leads the operational infrastructure that powers the Academy — from student enrollment and support to technology and partnerships. His background in EdTech and operations management ensures a seamless student experience.
Dr. Priya Nair
Director of Coaching Programs
Dr. Nair leads the Academy's coaching certification division, overseeing Life Coaching, Executive Coaching, Christian Coaching, and Leadership Coaching programs. She is a certified ICF coach with 12 years of practice.
